how to find and ban a persons ip

hello i need a/some website(s) or script(s) that will allow me to find the ip address of someone posting in my shoutbox provide by www.shoutboxhosting.com and then to ban them off the page

IP address banning is highly unreliable because most people are on dynamic IP addresses, and it's easy to change your IP via a proxy.

To fix this type of thing you need to look at the incentive (ie, what it the person getting out of it) and then remove that incentive or make it much harder to access.

i understand what you are saying but i want to stop people using bad/offensive language the website is for 8-10 year olds cub scouts so they may use bad language/ bullying but not know how to change there ip
