Server Side Include not showing all content

We have an include as a footer on this page
http://www.familytravel.co.nz/Te%20Hauora/index.shtml

The include is only showing part of the content and not all of it. We do not why and would appreciate any help.

Your HTML is a mess. In the include pages, do not put headers or body tags in.

Right click and view source, take a look at what's being generated.

As for the include only showing a bit of content, I'm guessing this may be why.
