offering advertising on my page rates?

What should my rates be? I want to make it a page on my website but I havent even uploaded my site yet. Should I just stick with similar websites rates or seeing as I'm starting out with zero hits should I ask for 1¢ CPM?

Sorry I dont want my noobieness to rub off on my site. I want it to look as professional as possible. If people knew what noob owned the site they would stop visiting. :p .

Its been up a few days now and recieved only 22 visitors since sept the 5th. 12 unique.

Unless you find someone who doesn't know what they're doing, you can't feasibly sell advertising because you have neither impressions or PageRank to sell.
