Does anyone know why overlib
onmouseover="return overlib('<b>Click to read the policy against animal testing.</b>')
doesn't show up in IE?

Overlib should work in IE 6, if it's implemented correctly...
By the way, Overlib is a lot of bloated (in my opinion) code for creating simple JS tool tips....you can code your own JS tooltips for your purposes with much less code bloat, since you probably don;t need everything that Overlib offers....

Better to use CSS than JS if you are able to....since JS is sometimes disabled in the browser..
