URL losing form data

This may not be a Perl question, but my script is not working only because the form data is being lost. Go to www.lifetoimage.com and then navigate to the "Client Gallery", and the URL does not change. No problem with that until you try to check out using Paypal. My CGI scripts work OK if I go direct; that is, to www.tdavisconsulting.com/lifetoimage.

How is the URL being masked? Again, maybe not a Perl question, but since this is affecting my Paypal CGI scripts, I thought I would start here. As always, any help is greatly appreciated!

Oh, I forgot to mention that this does not seem to be a problem on my PC. The photographer has a MAC, and it seems that this is an issue only on the MAC. And the issue is new (maybe Paypal has made some changes)...
