Hi all, I am new to ASP and I need someone to point me to a tutorial or anything. I am trying to make a register form and I want the data to be saved in a mysql database. But I having a fair bit of trouble finding anything on the net to tell me how to do this… or know of a good resource to help me out?

Thanks in advance,
Loic… :)

Hi Loic -

If you want to work with forms, then check out ASP 101 (http://www.asp101.com) or W3 Schools (http://www.w3schools.com/asp/)

To work with MySQL databases, you need to use the standard SQL code to INSERT, UPDATE, and SELECT data from it.

To see SQL Standards, use the MySQL manual for more information (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/sql-syntax.html)

HTH!
