Is it possible to embed a microsoft windows system application using html?

That's actually also very helpful for what I'm trying to do, but not quite what I'm looking for. I want to embed a system program (e.g. the calculator or MS paint that comes with windows) into the actual page. Is this possible? If not, is there a way to open a system program with a link?
