Nameserver to IP Issue

As most of you are probably aware, GoDaddy doesn't appear to accept IP addresses in their nameserver field. I need to direct a few domains to an IP and the only possible solution which I can think of is some sort of redirection.

Is there any DNS service out there that will allow me to register my IP as a nameserver? What else could I do?

Which one of their services did you have in mind?

By the way, I have a static IP address. The only method I know is the .htaccess file redirect, so visitors will be directed on one server before ending up at mine, which would naturally slow things down.
