IE7 on my machine always opens up with add-ons disabled. The help section tells me to chut down and reopen for it to work as normla but it doesn;t. add -ons are still disabled.
As anyone come across this issue before and, if so, how the heck do you fix it.
I am beginning to think that m$ just continue to create problems for the 'fun' of it.
