web app????

I am building a application that helps web developers design website's.It would be appreciated if you(web developers) could tell me what you want to see in a web application.

what sort of application? graphic application, IDE application, script generator?????

I'd like to see a web application that prevents signature spammers from joining a forum just to promote their own website. :rolleyes:
