Okay, so, what I'm looking for here is a website sort of like photobucket. I want my own website that I can have friends register and upload their pictures onto a web hosted photo album. Is this possible? For something simpler I would even go for a website that you can go onto and upload pictures into photo albums without registered accounts. I have a very good hosting service so I'm not at all worried about bandwidth. Please help me out here.

i don't know how else to explain it... i just want a website with coding that can handle uploads and organizing your uploads into albums. Basically like an online photo album that is public and everybody can see. But all the uploading and organizing is done under the website itself. Not with a program that makes html galleries.

now i can make this even easier... if anybody is familiar with myspace or photobucket? I just want a basic website with photo management like that. I want my friends to be able to go on upload their pictures and create albums. I just need a simple script. Nothing pretty. Any language will do. I can't find exactly what I'm looking for and if I do the scripts and programs are $50 and over which is rediculous.

Well if there aren't any good free ones, 50 bucks for a good one doesn't sound too bad. Or you could always write your own.
There are some freeware ones here: http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Image_Galleries/index.html
