Visual java removed from this ?
In the differ editions eg "WEB DEVELOPMENT" may do and the job of "WINDOWS DEVELOPMENT"
If I download "WEB DEVELOPMENT" and I want "HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT" I must download/install again or ... ?
How I decompress files for .img ?

Microsoft is moving away from Java. They want you to use C# or their other web development platforms like ASP.NET and so on. I think you are referring to Visual J++, which is a...untrue brother of Sun's Java.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about downloading, etc. Where are you downloading this from?

An .img format is a CD image. You will need to either use burning software to burn it to a CD/DVD, or you can mount it with Alcohol or Daemon Tools.

There are no different versions for web development, windows and hardware. There are the express versions, the professional version and I think an enterprise version. Could you provide a link to where you are seeing the "hardware edition" one?

Those are just pages highlighting the different things you can do with Visual Studio. If you notice on the pages, they all link to the same express versions.
