lock folder from command prompt

Hi,

I want to lock one folder which has important doc by using command prompt. Here we can lock using some keyword with filename and unlock the same. I had done it long back and cant recall it.

either you encrypt the folder...or you put the correct permissions for those that are authorized to view the folder. If you are the administrator, you can use cacls. type cacls /? on the command prompt to see how to use it.
