Hello people, I'm new here.

I've started writing my own flash function in javascript so I can simply call it and its working fine, although as many of you know in IE a small grey dotted border shows up and you have to click to activate the control.

Is there any simple addon I can add to my code to stop this from happening and save some trouble for the ie users.

- Regards
Adam

SWFObject (http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/) is a popular script that is used to put flash on a page. It gets rid of the border and it also checks to see if the user even has flash. If they don't then a message is displayed to them.

Currently though their site seems to be down. Check out once it comes back.
