I am trying to create a DAG network, to visualize the relationship i am using Graphviz from CPAN, but not able to use it alongwith CGI.
Can someone help me in this regard?

I've never used the Graphviz module, but if you show us your code and explain/detail the problem you're having, we might be able to help. Saying "not able to use it alongwith CGI" is too vague to be of any help.
