Does anyone know of a utility that will periodically refresh a tab in Firefox? My work email is web-based and I check it often. I typically leave the page open all day when I'm at home and, by default, you're logged out after five minutes in inactivity. Is there a way to refresh that tab (or if that's not possible, I could leave it open in its own page) so that I do not get logged out?
