I need to create a page like this with a state drop down box that fills in the locations below...how would you accomplish this?
Thanks for taking the time to help me.

First off, don't use Excel. It is not designed to do what you are looking to do. Use MySQL or MSSQL.
Secondly, since state information doesn't change very often ( the last time we added a state, it was Hawaii and that was on Friday, August 21, 1959 ), you could just hard code that into your page.
Just copy and paste it from that site's source code.

Can you point me in the direction of this MySql code?
To be honest, i have only delt with mysql for setting up blogs and message boards...so not much really. I know basic HTML and need some help with this coding stuff.

Ok - so MySQL, and MSSQL (a short name for Microsoft's SQL Server), are databases. Excel LOOKS a lot like one, but it's not - hence Daemonspyre's plea not to use it. Run your website off a proper database. Access is a proper database, sort of. It's better than Excel, in any case. And it'll teach you enough about databases to realise that it's really not up to the job :)
So, you have a database. You need to talk to your database. For this you need to know SQL, and you need to know a server-side language like ASP or PHP. If all these are new terms to you, I'd suggest going to w3schools.com and running through some basic tutorials. Once you have some code up and (nearly) running, chuck it up here if you're stuck and we'll help where we can.
