Shopping for Reseller's Hosting Account

I'm currently with a company that hasn't a clue as to what a little "customer service" means. They ignore helpdesk tickets all the time, and now they've suspended a new domain I'm in the process of developing for a client.

Here's what I currently have....

1 gig space
18 gig monthluy transfer
Mailman e-mail lists
CPanel control panels for each domain
Primary account for my nameserver domain.

And all the CGI, Perl, PHP, ect. that any
decent hosting company would offer.

I'm paying $35 per month, which is auto-billed
to me credit card.

Does anyone know of any hosting companies that
can meet, or beat what I have?

It would also be nice if there were some tech
support. I don't need much help, but when there's
a problem beyond my control I have to call my host.

Many hosts will set you up a custom package like the folks @ deeplist.com (http://deeplist.com) :D
