I'm not sure of the answer to your question, but why can't you
just use PHP? The points can be held in a session variable and accessed
anytime, until they close their browser.
yer i know but i know vb better than php lol i was just looking for an easy way out, ill need to add the points to my database and have the user update the points because they need to be there everytime the user logs in and not just the once. If there isnt a way of doing then ill just do it in php just got alot to learn in php. i ll have a look about and see what i can find out about using vb code in a php page im curious now lol
What about <script type=VBscript> ? or wouldnt the <code> do ?
well i dont think <code></code> can contain vb.net code lol having no luck there

It looks like it might have something to do with XML.
PHP can be used to generate XML pages.
It looks like it, oh well ill stick to php for my points system. I was just wondering because on Frontpage theres an option for writting in the VB script editor, but thats probably more likely to make it easier to call the vb script using php.
Thanks for your help :)

If you learn some PHP and some simple MySQL, you would really have
a powerful system for not only accomplishing your task, but making it
much better and more flexible. It's all server-side, so there are no
client dependencies, no browser issues, no platform issues. A Mac user
could use your scripts just as well as a PC user.
