diving logbook

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a free scuba dive log book module, I want user to be able login and then the module must display all of their dive.


Otherwise how/what do I need to do to get mysql to work off from one id and display all the other dives the person made? I just need some advise what I must be looking at to do....
