This might be a newb question, but that's because...well...I'm a newb :D
Anywho, I've got a horizontal navbar and the links work fine on Firefox, but in IE7 when you hover over the links, the whole div resizes (gets higher)...here's the code...

HTML -

<div id="globalNav">
<a href="#">Home</a> <a href="#">Banners</a> <a href="#">Lettering</a> <a href="#">Magnetics</a> <a href="#">Commercial</a> <a href="#">Miscellaneous</a> <a href="#">Custom</a>
</div>

CSS -

#globalNav{
float: inherit;
white-space: nowrap;
width: 750px;
min-width: 750px;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
background-color: #3366FF;
border: solid #000080;
}

#globalNav a, a:link, a:visited, a:hover {
display: inline;
font-size: 115%;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
text-transform: capitalize;
color: #FFFF00;
text-decoration: none;
padding: 0 .5em;
}

Any suggestions?

Works fine when I test it locally; do you have a link set up?
