Hi,
I am putting together my first powerpoint presentation for display on a projection screen.
using (probably), arial as the font, what size should I use so I can be sure it is easy to read.

Size 14 is probably best. That was the size I used when I did presentations and it seemed to be fairly readable on projection. However, something to consider is how big the projection screen is, how big the resolution is, and how big the room is. People in the back of a big room where the projection screen and resolution is smaller may not see size 14 very well, so you would step it up to 16 or 18.

Thanks I was hoping it would be around that size coz it started off (by default) at 34 or something crazy. lol
Hopefully I can ask this in this thread as it is related:
I have four points on the page and for #4, I have three sub points. How can I set it up so that the sub poinmts don't all show up at once along with the main point.
