Javascript CSS coding issues

Ok.. I am not an expert coder at all. I am having problems adding this quoting software which is a javascript to my website. I want it centered on the page, and when I add the javascript it makes the rest of my site go crazy. I have tried to use some CSS commands to fix this and I am at a loss! Please help!
