Big gap in page need assistance

Ok so I've been having trouble coding this layout since the begining and once I finally thought I was finished, (everything looked right in dreamweaver) I preview it and theres this huge gap and I can't figure out how to fix it. Any help at all would be appreciated.

I suggest that you learn CSS (and HTML if you don't know it yet) and recode it by hand in your prefered text editor, using CSS instead of tables for layout. And read this article: http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/
