Form field on hover change color

Hi there,

I have a html form, with a few fields.

I have styled the fields with div classes, but how can i get it so that when someone hovers their mouse over the field, or selects it it changes colour?

I have read through some internet tutorials, but just cant get the hang of it.

Color of the text can be changed onmouseover using css hover. just use the below link.

Also you can set the link to change its color if its already visited.
