Feed from flash site?

is it possible to be able to get information i want from http://home.skysports.com/livescores/football/
(flash) with PHP and output it as text?
the problem is i dont want all the information just the games with premiership teams in, (as the seasons about to start) and have it update every 5-10 minutes via AJAX if possible, if its possible how would i go about it.

There is a feed reader on macromedia's or adobe's site that can channel feeds not sure if it will help for what you need.
