Suckerfish menu troubles in IE7

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a two level vertical menu by modifying the below one.

It works well for FF ,Opera and IE6. But IE7 shows a little trouble.

It works fine in IE7 if directly move cursor over menu after the page get loaded, but when I click somewhere in the page and then move cursor over menu, It gets stuck.

Is that a purposeful effect? If so please suggest some method to remove it.
Or give me some useful links to such menu which uses less JavaScript to work.
(Hope it's not necessary to put my modified code here!)

(Actually I thought about putting this and worked to make this demo, but when I made a test on the original page from where I got it, It also showed the same trouble. )

Well, I solved the issue by replacing the code with one obtained from http://examples.codecharge.com/CCSExamplePack2/VerticalCSSMenu/VCSSMenu.php

I would like to get a comment on my initial post (whether correct or not regarding IE7, expecting a reason too ;) ).

Again, there is a line in the CSS of the above link like #menu li:hover>ul, may I know the meaning of > there?

Please give me its meaning, I couldn't locate it in w3schools website.

It's a child selector. It targets any <ul> element that is a child of #menu li:hover. Unfortunately they're not supported in stupid IE (from v. 6 and down).
