Does anyone know a good site where I can download some free fonts.

In particular Berlin Sans Demi

I guess if it’s a commercial font you can’t get it legally for free (except if coming alongside a project requiring them).

www.dafont.com is also a good site for free fonts of course they aren't commercial fonts so don't thinking you can download commercial fonts for free.

I use dafont all the time.
Most are free fonts, some authors just want credit if you use a font, and some want you to pay. The download is free however.
