video record

I want my PHP application be able to record video from a webcam and send it to another user but dint have any idea in it. Can anyone help me in this?

I don't think (I'm not sure) PHP itself has this capability. Maybe you can have a program that accepts command line arguments and have them executed with the exec(). I know camstudio allows you to launch movies from the command line, but I'm not sure about recording.

I just thought about it, I don't think that would record whats on THEIR screen....
