Code for easy site news updates?

Hey, I have this site http://test-website.bw-online.co.uk/# and I want to be able to update the news section everyday or so, whats the easiest way to go about this?

Yeah, I use cuteNews on a couple of my sites and it sounds perfect for what you want to achieve. It's easy to edit, and easy to create templates for your news feeds, as well as easy to implement on your site with the use of a simple php script.

As Aero says, just ensure that your host has php enabled.
