free CSS template

does anyone know of a free CSS template site where i can get a free template with video embedded roughly the same size as youtube without the site looking "crap" i would prefer a gamey layout. thanks for all who respond.

Open Source Web Designs from oswd.org have some nice stuff. There is quite a collection to download for free. They usually don't have the Object code for the video embeds, but that is easily added. :)
