Since you use XHTML you must selfclose the element like this:

<META NAME="keywords" CONTENT="diet, weight loss, magic chicken diet, chicken diet" />

Also, the meta tags must be between <head> and </head>. I can see you have one in between your body tags. (on the index page).

now i am left with only 18 errors and now i don't know what to do with these errors can anyone help me.

Errors are:
end tag for element "HEAD" which is not open.
document type does not allow element "BODY" here.
there is no attribute "SRC".
there is no attribute "QUALITY".
there is no attribute "PLUGINSPAGE".
etc
can anyone help me with this?

Any place where it says this

there is no attribute "BACKGROUND"
You have to use the style attribute or style it using a stylesheet so something like this

background="images/left_reasons_bg.jpg"
would become this

style="background:url(images/left_reasons_bg.jpg)"

The attached file will get you down to 8 errors.

Its trying to validate the embed tag in the noscript tags. I suggest you use SWFobject (http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/) instead of the adobe variation.
