Best ways to advertise.

Hey all,
A friend of mine and I are currently developing a discussion site called Volconvo. We have made previous attempts on the same subject and the advertising methods we used worked alright I guess, what we did was, e-mailing various people and just advertising on different forums, the problem with these methods is, people treat it as spam and just ignore it.

We are willing to spend some cash in our advertising, maybe 100-200 bucks. So if anyone has any good techniques that worked, or some cheap good sites it would be greatly appreciated if you could help us out.

The best ways to advertise would be through posters, leaflets, bill boards, bus headliners, and on the train.

It will cost you a bit, but if you want to succeed, then you will need a site that will let you, and the money to invest also.
