I we see its result we get so much top and bottom space just this code:

I want to remove top and bottom space.

any help

I recon you learn CSS. Makes design much easier.

all css would require is
h1 {
margin:0;
}

on top of making design much easier it will apply to every h1 tag in your page so u dont got to put in code every time. If u want space all u got to do is make it more specific ex:
table h1 {
margin:10px;
}

now any h1 tag in a table would have a margin but other h1 tags wont... anyway many other reason why u should learn css.
