I'm going to college in a couple months, and am

building a new desktop with a budget of $2,000 (a little

more if need be) to bring along with me.

If possible, I'd like to use my monitor as a TV (able to

play cable TV and/or Xbox 360) to save money and space. I

was thinking of something about 22" and widescreen, such as

this.

I'll be doing a lot of gaming, so try to help me make a

gaming PC. I'd like to run Windows Vista (32-bit or

64-bit?), a DX10 card and have enough RAM to run newer

games efficiently.

I'd like to snag the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 when the price

drops, but other than that, I have no ideas as to what to

pick. I probably don't need a big HDD as I've had this 80

GB HDD for a couple years now and it's still not full, so

around 150 GB should do.

I'd like for people to help me pick out everything needed

for a complete PC (including CPU fan, sound card, speakers,

etc).

Thanks a lot,

They review hardware and say what is the best out there. It is a good guide when building a new computer.
