Form submission help

I have created a form that I need to have submitted through email to my account and after it has been submitted I would like the user to be sent to a page that acknowledges that the form was submitted.

I have figured out the email part of it and now I am trying to see if it is possible to get the page to automatically redirect to another page. Anyone that would know the code for that would be helping me out in a huge way.

Also, right now I have the page set up so that when you hit the submit button it will email the form but it goes through outlook to send it. Is there a way so that a person who doesn't have outlook configured would be able to submit the form and it will still go through via email?

The way to solve both of your problems is to use a server-side scripting language. You would then create a form processing page that handles the email and displays the confirmation/thank you page.

Your web server would need to have a scripting language installed. Common languages are PHP, ASP, and ASP.NET.
