How do i add multiple java scripts on the same page

:) Hi all, can somebody help, how do i place multiple java codes on the same page. i want to create pop ups for my tutorials but when codes are added they all open the same pdf tutorial even though i have linked them to the correct one. if i don't add popups surfers will have to always use the back button to get to the previous page when tutorial opens for viewing.........hope somebody can help or suggest another solution........

in the file ive included the url but not the pdf file i want to open as all i need to do is add them after my url.. hope this is what you are after......:)
