I dont know if this is a XML question or more databased related
I need help converting a generated XML into some sort of signature, im just clueless when it comes to databases and needs some help... since signature are usually pics generated, i cant just look up the source code and figure it out myself
the XML source i have is like this

http://www.relicrank.com/playerXML.php?player_id=4007&player_name=
and i plan to covert it into something like this
http://tacticallyinept.com/sigstats/CoH_Axis_Allies_Ranks/nide.png
also allow other users to make their own.
