Header readirect function??

Hi, i was wondering if its possible to return after posting something.

For example, if a user posts comments how would it redirect to that page if that page had a certain id. My website has blogs and people will click the link which will show that blogs id.

you can set a header so long as no output has been sent to the browser - so its perfectly ok to do your post processing and anything else you like before you send the header redirect so long as nothing is echoed out to the browser
