Useful Free PHP scripts :)

Anybody knows where can i find a quick useful collection of open source PHP scripts? I found this site (http://best-php-scripts.com)pretty interesting but again only limited collection there.

I am after a file upload, and a script for a video website. :)

Any help much appreciated :D
