How do I include Video in my website?

Seeing as this was posted in the Flash forum I'm going to assume that you are talking about embedding a Flash video on a web page, so I'd suggest you read this article (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/byebyeembed) that will tell you how to do it validly with a fair amount of ease.
