Looking for a coding partner

Hello, my business partner and myself are looking for a coder for our web forums. The forum code is written in php and uses a mysql database, so naturally, we need someone who knows those two languages (along with html of course). In addition to those 3 languages, someone with knowledge of javascript or ajax would be of help as well. The forums are already well established on the internet, having been online for more than 2 years. It averages around 1,500 posts per day, and has nearly 2,000 users. It's not a project that pops up for a few days, then goes away shortly after, or is aborted, having made you waste your time.

In an effort to make the user experience at the forums better, we'd like to acquire another coder to assist the one coder we currently have. The base code for the forums has already been completed, the code is easy to understand as well, very easy to get used to. Our main focus now is to add on new features, as well as improve some of the features currently on the forums, like blogs, media page, and music page, among others. This is a custom made forum, we do not use an ipb or any of the other popular board systems out there.
