design Firms + Tables!

I was just googleing for web-design firms and i notice there are tons of firms that appear very professinal and skill full but there own site it made with tables.

what do u think of firms who dont make valid code?

If you are wanting a site that doesn't use tables and validates then I would probably not use a firm that does not does not follow that in their own site unless you add that requirement into your contract with them.

well the thing is most ppl who hire design firms dont know anything about building sites, so they don't even notice that there firm does not follow web standerds.

Of course they may just be too busy creating sites for others to have time to bring their own up to date. They will probably be too busy to do a proper job on their client's sites too though if that is the case.
