Graphic!!

Do anyone know where i can find a tutorial that teach how to put a photo into a brush shape seen in the photo below?

Well, right here:

1: Load the pic into photoshop that you want to use.
2: Make a selection with one of the lasso tools.
3: Go to edit --> define Brush Present.
4: Select a name and save it.
5: Select your brush tool and select the brush you just made.
6; Paint.
