Visual Basic project - PHP

I have a client who has a calculator based off of an algorithm that is written in Visual Basic. I need it to be re-written into PHP. So what I would like is an estimate of what you would do the work for. Since I do not know Visual Basic, I will need to outsource the work, so the person who gives the best price/resume will get the job.

I don't know the exact size of the script, so base it upon 500 lines of Visual Basic code.

**I know its very vague, and I won't hold you to the exact dollar if it takes a bit more time. As long as you don't kill me with overtime.
