Hello

Does this look like decent/well-laid-out info for seo? Anything to take out? To add?

I would say

1) Too many keywords - stick to main 2 or 3 for page, plus semantically related terms. I would personally remove it entirely but other people will disagree.
2) Description is too long, it won't show in it's entirety in search results.
3) Remove revisit after tag, it's ignored.
4) "All" is the default value of robots meta, so that can also be removed.
5) Concentrate your efforts elsewhere, meta tags are largely a waste of time, yeah they might swing you from position 947 to position 923 on Yahoo, but is that really what you want to aim for?

You don't need that, they don't obey that.

Make sure your metas match the content of the specific page. Dont try and generalise the content.

Get your on page sorted, like good H1 text and close titling, again to the content of the page.

Above all the on page, get some links with good anchor text, that will trump most things!
