Hi i used the following CSS code to use a font family other than the one in the control panel of the system, but in vain. Can any one help me whats wrong with the following.

<head>
<style>
@font-face {font-family:myfont; src:url('./fonts/myfont.ttf');}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<P style="font-family:myfont;font-size:18pt"></P>
</body>

Thereís nothing wrong. Itís just not working.

Embedding fonts is still a PITA because no browser is supporting it except IE I believe, where you have to convert the font file into an .eot format. In a nutshell: Just forget it and use regular fonts. You can still use your special font but remember to put alternative (fallback) fonts as well, i.e.:


font-family: "Super special font", Arial, Helvetica, Sans-serif;
