I wrote this website for my fathers business/hobby a couple of years ago. It includes HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT. Virtually everything on that site I wrote my self using notepad!

Based on the sample site you've provided you might want to target your advertising at a different market. The majority of potential employers here are at the very least web savvy, with up-to-date knowledge of web conventions and standards.
Try talking to local small businesses or family friends, they're less likely to know or care about web standards and more likely to want something done quick and on the cheap.
