Need lost of help-kinda..

Ok i love web desinging i know html and css very well. Know div layers.. But thats it. I love makeing graphics. and want a site combined with four things graphics, games-online games, game reviews, horses, and file and image hosting..I know thats alot of things.. I know the free host sites geocities.com, freewebs, free hostia and some free web hosts . But i want to go much furthur then my geocities.com/horseplayland site.

1.)Okay first i want php but i looked on amazon and said it was 1000 bucks. Is that true. What is the price range. And im striving for flash mx.. As i want to design games and know i can do that on flash mx programming. And so i can do animations.. So how much is flash mx and does anyone know when the new one is comeing out?
2.)What programs would i need to do image hosting. I know login/logout php.. But like then people could adopt virtual horses. Do i need more programs for that. Because i want to do that..
3.) What programs do you reccomend for makeing games.. I know flash mx but is there a different program you can recomend?
4.) Am i confused about free web hosts.. You see like freehostia how the heck do you edit the homepage so confused. And sub domain. I know you can teach me the whole thing. But just tell me what a sub domain is and how you edit the homepage thats it..
5.)Are there any tutorials for photoshop because somebody gave me that program along time ago for free when i was little.. yeah long story.. And im clueless absoulutely clueless.... I dont even know layers. Is there a site that does'nt have tutorials on blending or those things. But the basics of photoshop.
6.) I need some help of thinking site names.. Like i have some great site names.. But should i have game review on a site. Then horse info like my site on a differnet site. Then a seperate site for graphics. Or should i have them all combined. i was thinking outspokenloves.. But i want a site that revoles around those three things. Graphics, horses and games.
I know i have alot of questions but if you would please awnser them that would be a great help.

Slow down. You seem like you are trying to run before you can even walk. TBH having all of those ideas on one site is not a good idea. I think your site will crash and burn (meaning it won't be successful).

1) PHP is free to use, you just need a server that supports it.
2) You don't really need a program, you just need to know how to create the code to handle the image uploads. You will also need a lot of bandwidth and storage, both items are not cheap. As to adopting pets again no programs, you just need to know how to code this.
3) You can make games using Java but judging from this post you likely don't know Java. Flash is probably the way to go for you if you are already familiar with it.
4) You can use their file manager to download the index page, edit it using an html editor. Notepad or some other program that can open html files will do the job. Save it and upload it using their file manager or you can use an ftp program to login to your host. Freehostia gives you these details at the time of account creation.
5) Tutorials for photoshop? Are you kidding me? Have you not googled? There are tons. There are some good links in the stickies in the graphics and multimedia forum as well.
6) I already answered this with the first thing I said.
Finally in my opinion you are trying to take on too much. There is that saying that goes something like this "You are taking on more than you can chew".

Focus on one thing at a time. We are here to help but don't expect someone to just write a full working script for you for nothing. If you willing to learn then start doing tutorials, check out some books. If you aren't willing to learn then hire someone.

Thanks for all your help... I never thought of looking up tutorials for photoshop on google.. Great idea.. And yes i guess im takeing on to much.. And thanks for all the advice and help..
