hi, this is a follow-up of my last thread (http://codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=117657) since the title wasnt useful nor representating anymore, i'd like to thanks Koyama for his help so far :]

my FR EN and STYLESELECT don't want to stick to the right, i tried float:right, position:absolute;right:0, text-align: right, nothing really worked, or only IE or FF was displaying it right

right now with text-align: right, i get the result wanted in IE6

why..? isnt text-align a simple xhtml attribute? why doesnt firefox render it?

at the same time, i have my h1 wich contains my logo using z-index:1, but i want to position inside it's parent, 'vertical-align:cented' ? but i need to use an absolute position to set my z-index (as i've read and tested), anyone knows a fix or have any idea?

oh and admins, i've tried modifying my last threads title, doesnt work, sorry for posting in a new post :]

text-align only aligns exactly what it says, text. It can be used on images, as well as any inline elements (elements that don't take up their own line) but not block level elements like divs. IE is displaying it wrong. You need to float your language div and styleselect div to the right WITHOUT using absolute positioning or it won't work. After that you will need to clear your floats. http://www.positioniseverything.net/easyclearing.html
